The Chair emphasized the importance of policy integration, evidence-based decision-making, and institutional resilience for sustainable development in Punjab.
Additionally, the Chair highlighted efforts to foster partnerships, mobilize innovative financing, and integrate climate resilience, social protection, and inclusion into development initiatives.
The SDGs Plus Annual Work Plan was also reviewed to ensure its alignment with Punjab’s long-term development strategy.
Joint Chief Economist Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad, Program Manager SDGs Plus Project Dr. Aman Ullah, and other relevant stakeholders participated in the meeting.
