Secretary P&D Board, Mr. Rafaqat Ali, chaired a meeting with Ms. Clelia Kelliopi Helena Rontoyanni, Practice Manager (Institutions), World Bank Group.Both sides reviewed the progress of the PRIDE Program, discussed Punjab’s fiscal & governance reform priorities, and aligned them with the Fiscal Pact signed between the federal and provincial governments.
💬 The Chair stressed the urgent need for climate change investments to restore livelihoods affected by floods, highlighting that development partners are vital to Punjab’s recovery and reform journey.👥 Senior officers including MD PPRA Ms. Sahibzadi Wasimah Umer, Sr. Chief RP Mr. Babar Bashir, Sr. Chief ECA Mr. Waheed Asghar, and DG PITB Mr. Sajid Latif also participated.
