The World Bank Scoping Mission on the “Connected Punjab” Program visited the Planning & Development Board, Punjab, and held a meeting with Dr. Naeem Rauf, Chairman P&D Board.
The World Bank delegation, led by Sylvia Solf, Practice Manager (Digital), MENAAP, discussed alignment of the proposed Connected Punjab Program with the Country Partnership Framework (CPF), options to maximize development impact, and the development of an agreed roadmap for stakeholder consultations.Senior representatives from the Punjab Revenue Authority, Finance Department, P&D Board, and Punjab Information Technology Board participated in the meeting, reaffirming the Government of Punjab’s commitment to digital governance, institutional strengthening, and data-driven development planning, in collaboration with the World Bank.
