The 5th meeting of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) for “E-Procurement Across Punjab” was held under the chairmanship of Secretary P&D Board, Mr. Rafaqat Ali.The session brought together the Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and representatives from all relevant departments to review progress, address operational challenges, and outline next steps for the province-wide transition to a modern, transparent, and tech-driven procurement system.
During the meeting, the forum discussed enhancements in workflow integration, real-time data availability, and strengthening interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth roll-out across Punjab.The initiative aims to improve transparency, reduce manual processes, and enhance efficiency in public procurement—marking another step toward digital governance in Punjab.
