Chaired by Chief Economist P&D Board, Masood Anwar, a meeting was held today at the P&D Board to review ongoing collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
The session featured Mr. Lifeng Li, Director, Land & Water Division, FAO Headquarters Rome, Italy, who discussed global best practices, shared insights on sustainable land and water management, and explored new avenues for strengthening FAO’s partnership with the Government of Punjab.Senior representatives from Agriculture and Irrigation Departments participated, reaffirming commitment to advancing productive and climate-resilient development initiatives.
