Project Progress Review – Beautification & Facade Uplifting of Mall Road Murree

Director General Mr. Najmussaqib visited the Beautification & Façade Uplifting of Mall Road Murree Project, accompanied by AD (Engineering) Hamid Naseer Chattha, AD (Architecture) Muazzam Qureshi, contractors of the North Side and South Side, and the Landscaping Supervisor.During the visit, the Worthy DG conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing works and directed the project team and contractors to:• Expedite the pace of work and ensure timely completion of all ongoing activities.• Enhance the overall visual impact, aesthetic appeal and uniformity of Mall Road.• Complete all finishing works and remove outstanding deficiencies without further delay.• Strictly implement the façade improvement measures approved by the committee and ensure quality workmanship.• Review and improve signage design, placement and alphabet colours to achieve a cohesive and visually appealing appearance.• Address site-specific issues and ensure immediate rectification of identified shortcomings.• Maintain the required standards of quality, workmanship, cleanliness and site management throughout the project.The Worthy DG also reviewed the overall project progress, provided necessary guidance and directed the concerned teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure that the project achieves its intended aesthetic, functional and quality objectives.The department remains committed to transforming Mall Road Murree into a more attractive, unified and visually enhanced public space through quality execution and timely completion of the project.
