‏وزیر اعلیٰ خیبر پختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور نے استعفیٰ گورنر خیبرپختونخوا کو ارسال کردیا

In respectful compliance of the orders of my leader, and Founding Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, it is my honour to tender my resignation from the Office of the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

When I took over as Chief Minister, the province was faced with a dual challenge of financial ruin and menace of terrorism. Over the last one and a half year, with the support of my cabinet, our party members and workers, my team of bureaucracy and above all, guidance of Imran Khan, we steered the province to financial stability and countered the menace of militancy with resolute courage and unwavering decision-making. We initiated mega projects of nation-building in a province that was militarily categorised as a warzone.

I thank all my cabinet colleagues, members of the Assembly – both from PTI as well as opposition – and all officers of KP bureaucracy who helped me face extraordinary challenges of governance in KP. I may not be able to claim with certainty that I did well on all those challenges but one thing that I can say with utmost certainty is that I served with absolute sincerity to the people of KP and always acted in the best interest of Pakistan.

اپنے قائد اور پاکستان تحریکِ انصاف کے بانی چیئرمین عمران خان کے احکامات کی تعمیل میں، جو میرے لیے باعثِ اعزاز ہے میں صوبہ خیبر پختونخوا کے وزیراعلیٰ کے عہدے سے اپنا استعفیٰ پیش کر رہا ہوں۔

جب میں نے وزیراعلیٰ کا منصب سنبھالا، اُس وقت صوبہ دوہری آزمائشوں سے دوچار تھا، ایک طرف مالی بدحالی اور دوسری طرف دہشت گردی کا عفریت۔ گزشتہ ڈیڑھ برس کے دوران، اپنی کابینہ، پارٹی کے اراکین و کارکنان، بیوروکریسی کی محنت، اور سب سے بڑھ کر عمران خان کی رہنمائی کے ساتھ، ہم نے صوبے کو مالی استحکام کی راہ پر گامزن کیا اور دہشت گردی کے خطرے کا جرات و استقلال کے ساتھ مقابلہ کیا۔ ہم نے ایک ایسے صوبے میں، جسے کبھی جنگ زدہ علاقہ قرار دیا گیا تھا، قوم کی تعمیر کے بڑے منصوبے شروع کیے۔

میں اپنی کابینہ کے تمام ساتھیوں، اسمبلی کے اراکین خواہ وہ تحریکِ انصاف سے ہوں یا اپوزیشن سے اور خیبر پختونخوا کی انتظامیہ کے تمام افسران کا تہہِ دل سے شکر گزار ہوں جنہوں نے میرے ساتھ گورننس کے غیر معمولی چیلنجز کا مقابلہ کیا۔

اگرچہ میں یہ دعویٰ نہیں کر سکتا کہ میں ہر میدان میں مکمل طور پر کامیاب رہا، مگر اس بات پر پورا یقین ہے کہ میں نے اپنی تمام تر دیانت اور خلوص کے ساتھ صوبے کے عوام کی خدمت کی، اور ہمیشہ پاکستان کے مفاد کو مقدم رکھا۔
