A wrap-up meeting with the World Bank’s Implementation Support Mission for the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP), led by Mr. Sohail Abbasi, Senior Social Protection Specialist and Task Team Leader, was held under the chairmanship of Member Education, P&D Board, Mr. Yawar Hussain.
The mission reviewed the project’s progress, discussed key actions for upgrading, and evaluated procurement, financial management, and safeguard arrangements. The meeting also focused on strategies to expedite implementation and assess progress of the project’s impact evaluation to ensure timely achievement of results.
