Today marks an exciting day at the Nine Tree Hotel, where participants from Sargodha, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Muzaffargarh have come together for an insightful training session under the DREAMS II project.
The focus of today’s session was on Financial Management and Procurement, essential for the smooth operation and maintenance of water supply and sewerage systems.
Mr. Hamza Salick, Program Director of the DREAMS Project and PICIIP, addressed the participants, stressing the importance of water meters and affordable tariffs to ensure sustainable maintenance of water supply systems for the public good.
This training, designed by ODBM, is paving the way for modern solutions to tackle water and sewerage challenges, enhancing municipal services for communities across the Punjab.
