The mission comprising Ms. Amena Raja (Senior Urban Specialist and Team Leader), Mr. Carlo Alberto Amadei (Water Specialist), Ms. Shahnaz Arshad, (Senior Urban Specialist), Mr. Suhaib Rasheed (Senior Urban Specialist), and Syed Ibrahim Ali Shah (Consultant). While Mr. Pierre Casabonett, (Senior Operations Officer) and Mr. Raymond Michel, attended the meeting through video link. 
During the meeting, discussions concerned the finalization of the program scope (including selection of cities and investments) and critical interventions for institutional, financial and environmental sustainability. Disbursement-linked indicators and budget line items for the program were also discussed. The house also discussed key design aspects, including institutional arrangements, timeline, and next steps. Syed Zahid Aziz, MD along with GM ID, Mr. Mahmood Masood Tamana, GM Engineering, Mr, Adnan Nisar Khan, Mr. Muazam Jamil Malik, SPO ID, Mr. Nauman Akhter, SPO FM, Ms. Rukhsana Shahid, PO Env & SM and Syed Amir Mahmood Shah, PO GIS attended the meeting from PMDFC.
